Renee Lani - U.S. and RSB Updates - Chinese Version
The presentation will provide a brief overview of U.S. activities that the American Chemistry Council (ACC) and its Pine Chemistry Panel have been following, focusing on those which may have a direct impact on the pine chemistry industry. This overview will include both state and federal regulatory and legislative activity, as well as how the current administration’s policies may affect the industry. The presentation will also detail the activities that the Roundtable for Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB) has undertaken this year. As a member of RSB’s Technical Working Group on Displacement Effects, ACC’s Pine Chemistry Panel can provide insight into the processes currently underway to supplement and revise certain RSB standards.
