Fix Windows Security Error After Windows 11 RESET

I fixed windows security's blank screen.
Most of the people including me faced the Blank Screen or "Your IT Administrator has limited access to some areas of this app" problem in Windows Security antivirus after resetting their PC. This problem is most probably caused by a 3rd Party Antivirus which comes either pre-installed in your PC or you may have installed one. The 3rd Party Antivirus may do some changes with the default Antivirus for Windows 11, which lead to conflictions. My PC comes with McAfee preinstalled and I am damn sure that McAfee caused something to Windows Security antivirus. To solve this problem, you will need to run the securityhealthsetup.exe file, whose link is given below. I hope your problem will be solved. Please note that you should uninstall that 3rd Party Antivirus before running securityhealthsetup.exe.
