Nachiket has directed, edited and written the screenplay for the marathi feature film Tendlya, for which he received the Best Debut Director and Best Editor awards at the 56th Maharashtra State Film Awards. It also won the Best Debut Actor, Best Child Artist and Third Best Film Awards at the same event. This film goes even further, earning the 66th National Award for Best Audiography. Nachiket holds a post-graduate diploma in film editing from FTII. Aath is his sophomore feature film.

Aath:
In February 1689, eight young patriotic boys courageously volunteer for a clandestine mission alongside the enigmatic soldier who mysteriously appears in their humble village. Their noble objective is to covertly transport an important captive across a treacherous, impenetrable jungle. Unbeknownst to them, a shroud of terror descends upon their village as shocking news of the 'Abduction of the King' emerges and all evidence ominously points to the eight vanished youths and their enigmatic companion. Undeterred, these valiant youngsters successfully complete their mission and joyfully commence their journey home. Yet, the shocking revelation soon dawns upon them-their prisoner was none other than 'the King' himself! Driven by their remorse, they resolve to rescue the king from the clutches of the real traitors with the support of their villagers. Tragically, their own countrymen turn against them, branding them as traitors. As they seek refuge in the unforgiving jungle, they face unexpected conflicts while seeking help, resulting in the loss of two of their own. Unfazed, their unwavering commitment to their nation and king fuels their relentless quest for redemption. In a final, valiant charge, they confront insurmountable odds, paying the ultimate price for their loyalty. All eight emerge as martyrs, leaving behind a legacy of extraordinary bravery, unwavering patriotism and selfless sacrifice etched in the annals of history.
