The television series aired in the 90's on community television and PBS broadcast station WHUT-TV on Saturday mornings in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD area.
This was professionally videotaped in 1993 in downtown Washington, DC, just blocks from the White House. Our set was a florist named 'Seasons' and is no longer there. The owner, Peter Carrico, was very generous in letting us use his store to teach plant care.
This series was produced at Arlington Community Television in Arlington, VA. in the 1990's. The series ran for a few years on the local PBS station, WHUT-TV in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD areas.
Liz had over seventeen years of hands-on learning and experience in the retail and commercial aspects of the horticultural biz before producing this series.
