Hi there! :D
Today, I'll show you one of the few DIY Christmas presents I made last year. While I don't have that much time anymore, I do pick one or two of my loved ones each year to receive custom gifts for their birthday or Christmas. This year, I needed to upgrade a special someone's hallway and decided to match their stranger things door mat :D
I've made quite a few miniatures now, but I think I'll never like making sofas lol. It's just not fun, but it looks so cute.
I am, however, slowly enjoying some benefity from my experiences. Overall building time is reduced and it's getting easier to plan what to make when and how all the pieces will fit together. The worst complication I faced was the string lights not fitting in the end ^^"
I had bought two stings on amazon, but they were too tightly spaced once all the letters were on the wall. So I had to pull them off one by one and glue them to some embroidery thread.
And I'm very proud to show you some new skills this year, including screen recordings and some new tools we'll be using soon. I try to keep learning to show you interesting creative stuff, so stay tuned!
Alright, that's it for today, I hope you liked this video and I'll see you back here very soon!
