*Please use the shelf life as a guide only. Please handle prepared meals with care, especially during hot weather. m(_ _)m
*I'm using a 5.5-cup rice cooker. If using a 10-cup rice cooker, double the amount, and if using a 3-cup rice cooker, halve the amount.

[Request]
In preparation for the rainy season in June, I've reduced the amount of refrigerated storage and increased the number of ready-to-make and freezable items, such as "just add hot water soup."

If you're making food on Sunday, I recommend freezing anything you'll be eating the following Wednesday.

It takes extra effort to thaw naturally, but I think it's necessary considering the risk of exposing your family to food poisoning.

This is a time when food poisoning cases are on the rise, so please handle with care.

[Shopping List & Prices]
*These prices are actual and include tax. Condiments are not included. Please note that prices may vary by region. (This person lives in the Chubu region.)
