Delicious and inexpensive Topfenschmarrn (curd pancake)

Ingredients
3 eggs
300 g flour
250 ml milk
1 pinch of salt
250 g curd cheese
A little butter for frying
Raisins (optional, to taste)
A little powdered sugar for garnishing
Preparation
Separate the eggs
Place the egg yolks in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in.
Fry in a pan with butter.
First, cover and cook for about 1 minute. When the bottom is a little brown, cut into quarters and flip. Then cook uncovered for about 2 minutes. Cut into pieces and turn and flip again until it's done.
Serve with a little powdered sugar.
