Section 15A-7 to Specify That Sales of Tobacco and Cannabis are Prohibited, and
Section 15A-8 to Specify Exceptions to the Prohibition on Smoking and Vaping Do
Not Include Cannabis to allow the Use of Cannabis
B. An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 18A of the City Code, Entitled, "Smoking and
Vaping Placement and Prohibition" by Amending Section 18A-1 to Include a
Definition of Cannabis, Include Cannabis in the Definition of Smoking and Tobacco
Shop, Amending Section 18A-3 and Section 18A-6 to Specify That Exceptions to the
Prohibition on Smoking and Vaping and Designated Smoking or Vaping Areas Do
Not Include Cannabis to Allow the Use of Cannabis, and Amending Section 18A-12
to Include Cannabis Within the Tobacco Placement Restrictions and Prohibitions
