Papaya Salad
My little niece helps me make Papaya Salad using Voracious Market Papaya Salad Sauce.

Ingredients:
papaya (shredded)
garlic
shallots
tomatoes
thai chili's (optional)
shrimp paste
salted crab
sugar
lime juice
Voracious Market Papaya Salad Sauce
Instructions:
1. Add garlic, shallots, and thai chili's to mortar and pound ingredients until it becomes mushy/paste-like.
2. Add shrimp paste and pound some more.
3. Add VM papaya salad sauce, lime juice, sugar, salted crab, & salted crab juice. Give it a mix.
4. Add shredded papaya and tomatoes. Pound everything together.
5. Adjust according to taste. Enjoy!
