Dear friends, let us talk about facelift options. Depending on the age groups, we know that the aging is happening majorly because of the bone loss. So we are losing the framework of the jawline of the cheekbones and when the framework gets smaller, the muscles and skin system becomes too loose and everything is sagging down. The third reason of aging is the surface quality loss. So we have to deal with three problems volume loss or definition loss skin and muscle sagging and skin surface quality loss.
For those reasons, we have to combine a few different options. One of them is using the fat transfer so I can take your fat and use the fat in order to give you definition for skin quality. I can take a bit more fat, I can isolate your stem cells and I can inject the stem cells into your skin in order to increase the skin quality. Now, what what about the muscle and skins? Again, there I have two options.
Either I can solve the problem with a mini facelift, where I just address the facial part or I can address the face and neck together, which can be combined in one surgery, which we call the deep plane, where I open the frontal part of the face and back part of the face together, which we call the face and neck lifting.
