I would like to divide the aging phase into three phases. In the younger part, like where I would say like 35 to 45, the main problem is about the definition. So in those patients, I would address that with only fat, transfer half an hour under sedation and I would really get good results.
Because with fat I can improve the skin quality, I can give definition, and I can also lift the ligaments, which will also lift the skin up to up to a degree at the age group between 45 and 50. If the patient's neck is still okay, I would maybe do only a mini facelift.
A mini facelift is kind of like a smaller surgery where I do incisions in front of the ears. So I go inside the hair, inside the ears, maybe a bit backwards and that's it. What I do there is like I open the skin, then I go to the muscles, I lift the muscles up to their origin and then get rid of the skin excess and close.
Miniface lifts is a beautiful operation because it is getting rid of the skin excess, it is pushing the muscles back to their origins. And if I combine minifaceps with fat transfer, I also give the definition back.
So I can literally, without changing your face, take you back in time maybe five to ten years. And I would address the Joel, the upper neck, midface and upper face together in one surgery. So one to one and half hours surgery dealing with the definition loss, frontal face, upper face and mid face sagging and giving a definition, skin quality and lifting together.
