I would like to divide the aging phase into three phases in the third group, which would be probably over 50. And to be honest, age is not very much important for me. What is important is the neck problem.
If the patient's problem is more on the neck side, then I would need to go down to the neck as well. So in those patients I have to combine a mini face lift together with a neck lift. So in these patients what I do is I usually go in front of the ears in order to address the face.
Then I go all the way back behind the ear and into the hairline where I open the neck all the way down and I address the neck problems together. This can be done in two fashions. I can do only a smash lifting of the face and neck together, or I can do a deep lane face lift where I open the skin, I go down to the muscles, elevate the muscles of the mid face and the neck together, push them, pull them up to their original locations.
Combining this together with fat transfer to give definition and combining that together with stem cells where I can inject the stem cells in order to skin quality. So the patient would look younger as herself or himself, just maybe ten to 15 years, 2 hours, no hospital stay and that's it.
