In this video, we'll talk about the campaign and ad group-level settings.

We'll also show how to create a new Google ads video campaign in the Google Ads interface. We'll go into campaign and ad group settings for video ad campaigns.
You can advertise on YouTube without using video ad formats or video campaign types. Those types of ads would be "Display ads" and you'd need a display campaign type.
