MIXED CONDITIONALS
We have six mixed conditional patterns
Remember that all of them talk about unreal situations
And that all the conditionals are formed by
an IF CONDITIONAL CLAUSE , AND RESUL CLAUSE
1st pattern - if + past perfect, would + infinitive
(a past condition or situation, affects a present result)
2nd pattern- if + past perfect, would be + ing verb
(a past condition or situation, affects a future result)
3rd pattern - if + past simple, would + past perfect
(a present condition or siyptuation, affects a past result)
4th pattern - if + past simple, would + infinitive
(a present situation or condition, affects a future result)
5th pattern - if + past continuous , would be + present perfect
(a future situation or condition , affects a past result)
6th pattern - past simple or past continuous, wou.d be plus ing
(a future condition or situation, affects a present result)
