1 Chicken
Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Sambal Oelek (or Sriracha/Tabasco)
Salt
1 cup of Rice
1 can of Chickpeas
Half an Onion
Green Onions
1 Zucchini
1 can of V8
16 oz of Pork Bone Broth
A splash of Water (not recommended)
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Spray
Top with Green Onions and/or Fresh Herbs
