INGREDIENTS:
Some chopped Bacon
Chicken Wings
Cooking Oil
Salt
Pepper
Half an Onion (we used a red one)
1 Red Bell Pepper
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Jalapeno
1.5 cups of White Rice
1 can of Chickpeas (reserve liquid)
1 cup of the Bean Juice
2 cups of water
1 can of Diced Tomatoes
Some Cumin
Cilantro Stems
Top with Tabasco, Olive Oil, and Salt to taste
