4 Green Onions
Mint
Dill
Feta Cheese
Red Onions
Pepper
Dressing:
Juice of 2 Lemons
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
Salt
Dried Oregano
Lamb:
1 Lamb Leg
Wine (Red & White)
Onion
Garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
(reserved & cooked down juices from the pressure cooker)
Steaks:
Baseball Steaks
Olive Oil
Salt
Radishes:
~1 lb of Radishes
Olive Oil
A Green Seasoning Blend (ex: Penzeys Justice)
Salt
Pepper
Serve with Pita Bread
