Counting Crows - Sullivan Street
Counting Crows , a band from the San Francisco Bay Area, California , formed in 1991 by singer/songwriter Adam Durlitz and guitarist David Bryson.
The band name is derived from "One for Sorrow", a British nursery rhyme about the superstitious counting of magpies, which are members of the crow family.
Their debut album "August and Everything After", with the single "Mr. Jones" , released in 1993 , was well received by critics and has gone multi-platinum in several countries, including the U.S.
The band released 7 studio albums in total , between 1993 and 2014.
They are still active today.
