I tried cooking eggs in Burmese style (lol again) last Saturday. When I showed it to mom, she said 'it's not egg curry. It should be said as egg fried' lol .. I don't care anyway because I was having fun making it and eating it as well. xoxoxo delicious!!! LOL :)
