Mckenna Grace (Grapevine, Texas, June 25, 2006) is an American teen actress who began acting professionally at the age of 6. Her early roles include Jasmine Bernstein on the Disney XD sitcom Crash & Bernstein (2012–2014) and Faith Newman on The Young and the Restless (2013–2015).

Grace is known for her role as Penny Kirkman on the ABC/Netflix show Designated Survivor. She is also known for portraying Rose Harbenberger in the Netflix comedy series Fuller House (2016–2020), Mary Adler in Marc Webb's drama film Gifted (2017), and young Theodora Crain in the Netflix supernatural horror series The Haunting of Hill House (2018).
Life and work
Grace was born in Grapevine, Texas. One of her great-grandmothers was Mexican. She is a vegetarian and has channeled her affection for animals into her work with Farm Sanctuary and PETA, including appearing in a campaign asking people not to leave their dogs in hot cars.
In 2017, Grace played a lead role in Marc Webb's drama film Gifted, starring opposite Chris Evans. She gained recognition for her performance in the role, being nominated for a Critics' Choice Award for Best Young Performer.
Grace's career has mainly consisted of portraying the "young version" of older characters. She learned to ice skate to portray the younger version of Tonya Harding in the biographical film I, Tonya and also played the significant role of Juliet in the terror Amityville: The Awakening along with Bella Thorne.
Grace starred as Emma Grossman in the horror drama film The Bad Seed (2018). She portrayed Judy Warren, daughter of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, in the 2019 horror film Annabelle Comes Home. Also that year, she appeared in the Marvel Studios film Captain Marvel as a younger version of the main character. played the younger version of Sabrina Spellman in the second season of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Evans was born in Boston, Massachusetts,[6] and raised in Sudbury.[7] His mother, Lisa Marie (née Capuano), is artistic director of the Concord Youth Theatre, [8] [9] and his father, G. Robert Evans III, is a dentist. [10] His mother is of Italian and Irish descent, while his father is of British and German ancestry.[10][11][12][13] His parents divorced in 1999. [14]
He has an older sister named Carly, a younger brother named Scott, and a younger sister named Shanna.[10][15] Carly is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a high school drama and acting teacher at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School,[8] while Scott is an actor and was cast on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live . He and his brothers were raised Catholic,[11] however Evans expressed pantheistic views.[12] and a keen interest in the philosophies of Buddhism.[16] Their uncle, Mike Capuano, represented the same Massachusetts congressional district previously represented by Tip O'Neill.[13] He also has three younger brothers from his father's second marriage.[17]
Evans completed high school at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.[7] He moved to New York and took classes at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.[18]
Career
1997—2010: Beginnings and first leading roles
Evans' first credited appearance was in a short educational video entitled Biodiversity: Wild About Life! in 1997.[19] In 1999, Evans was "Tyler" in Hasbro's board game Mystery Date. The 1999 version of the game includes an "electronic talking phone" for setting up "dates." Chris Evans is in the box using the phone as "Tyler", the "beach" date.
After filming Not Another Teen Movie, Evans landed lead roles in The Perfect Score and Cellular, then starred in two independent Chicago films: Dirk Wittenborn's Fierce People, playing the sinister Bryce, and London, as a drug user with relationship issues. -Astronaut Mace in Danny Boyle's science fiction film called, Sunshine.
In 2008, he appeared in Street Kings, co-starring Keanu Reeves, and Tennessee Williams' screenplay adaptation The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond, opposite Bryce Dallas Howard and Ellen Burstyn. The following year, he appeared in the sci-fi thriller Push, opposite Dakota Fanning and Camilla Belle. Evans performed his own fight scenes, which took weeks to film. He was injured during filming. Also that year, he was ranked 474 in the Forbes ranking, based on the global box office performance of films.
