1 kg potatoes
300 g wheat flour
3 eggs
50 g parmesan cheese

1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can / 400 g of chunky tomatoes
150 g cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
50 ml of cream
1 bunch of basil
1 scoop of buffalo mozzarella
salt
pepper
nutmeg
Chilli flakes at will
