Hi, my name is Kimo Turner with Husky Intelligence. Thank you for joining me for this brief overview of Husky Intelligence.
Husky Intelligence is designed to support your field service management business. It is configured specifically for YOU to enable YOU to run YOUR business the way YOU think it should be run.
This High Level Workflow Example demonstrates the breadth of our system. Please don’t confuse that to mean that it outlines every capability of the system.
SALES:
• Let’s start where you start with the SALES PROCESS. Track your leads and the associated activities.
• Cost your services and reserve resources
• Automate you quotes, send them out, and even revise and resend
• Complete the Deal and Process it automatically into a work order
OPERATIONS:
• Use Automation to create one-time service requests, recurring work orders like for service agreements, and triggered events like for snow removal.
• Schedule the work and assign resources
• Dispatch the work to field personnel and monitor the progress
• Field service personnel access work orders and associated information on their mobile devices. The system tracks progress and enables them to attach pictures and receipts for parts and materials, make job notes, and get customer signatures if needed.
BACK OFFICE:
• Once the work is complete, the office can immediately review and make changes as necessary
• Process invoices individually or in batch and send them to the customer and your accounting system. Or you can send the data to your accounting system and process the invoice from there
• Review, edit, and approve timecards and send to Accounting and Payroll
• Use powerful enterprise level reporting to build customized reports and monitor your Key Performance Indicators in real time
