Distributed Agile Teams and how they excel | women++ workshop
Agile teams excel when their team members are co-located! At least this is what theory tells us. But how can organizations and agile teams overcome the barriers of working remotely? Or might this shift towards distributed agile even become a trend?
In this session, you will learn the basics of agile methodology and how it is applied in tech teams. We reflect on what theory tells us about agile teams and then jump into reality. How do agile teams excel in current times after the sudden and abrupt shift to remote working? What are the challenges they face and what might be advantages they perceive?
This will be a hands-on session that will reflect on the current challenges agile teams face during these special times and how these can be mitigated. We will talk about practical examples, share success stories, and exchange thoughts and views on remote agile.
