Meet Hack'n'Lead 2023 ambassadors. They support this initiative to increase diversity in tech, particularly in the Swiss tech ecosystem.
Hack'n'Lead is Switzerland's first women-friendly and inclusive hackathon welcoming tech enthusiasts of all levels at a professional level with an 80% of female participation ratio including women in tech and those transitioning to tech.
Hack'n'Lead includes no overnight coding, preparatory events leading up to the hackathon, mentorship support from industry experts, childcare on-site & coding classes for kids.
