Introduction to Agile Project Management - women++ workshop
In-person or remote, the best teams work together when everyone knows the workflow and has clear responsibilities. Many tech companies follow the Agile methodology (or some variants within) because it allows flexibility to adapt quickly while providing clear guidelines to follow.
In this session, we will go through a real-world use case and see how the Agile methodology can be applied to it. Working in groups, we will use an Agile tool to simulate events that occur throughout a project and learn how we would react to it and the “agile” way to react/plan/manage.
This will be a hands-on session with as little technical content as possible with the main focus on learning by doing and learning together as a team (so feel free to bring your own questions/use cases/horror stories)!
