Swan Cookies
How to form swan shaped cookies without a cookie cutter!
Begin by cutting the cookie dough into thick rounds. Then, slice off the top 1/3 of the cookie and discard.
Make a long slit in the top of the cookie, and two smaller slits off to the side. Curve the longer strip of cookie into the shape of a swan's neck
Fan out the “feathers” and bake in the oven until golden brown! Voilà.
