Rainbow Speckled White Chocolate Covered Madeleines
In this video, I'm making decorative madeleine scalloped pastries to match my rainbow splatter dinner napkins (https://chefanie.com/products/rainbow.... Using a silicon madeleine mold, i make the madeleines at half size. Once cooled, i splatter food dye, add melted white chocolate, replace the madeleines, and allow to cool. This is a charming table accessory and bite.
