For decimal to hexadecimal conversion (integer)
Divide the number by 16
Note the remainder (0 to 9 , A,B,C,D,E,F)
Write the remainder from bottom to top
For decimal to octal conversion (fractional part)
multiply the number by 16
Note the integer part
Write the integer part from top to bottom
