For decimal to binary conversion (integer)
Divide the number by 2
Note the remainder (0 or 1)
Write the remainder from bottom to top
For decimal to binary conversion (fractional part)
multiply the number by 2
Note the integer part (0 or 1)
Write the integer part from top to bottom
