The technique that I show you in this video is non-destructive. It means, you can change the hair color later with just one click.
You can use this technique to change your friends or family's hair color. You can also use it to see how different hair color will look on you.

The technique is very simple:
1. Open your picture
2. Use the Hue/Saturation tool to change the overall color
3. Invert your layer mask
4. Brush all of the hair parts
5. Save your work
