After numerous requests, we offer you our roast veal recipe. There's nothing better for making a good impression: a few slices of roast with its own sauce, and success is guaranteed.

Ingredients for 8-10 servings:

1.5kg roast veal (shoulder)
5-6 sprigs of rosemary
1 ladle of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 glass of dry white wine
1/2 ladle of light broth (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
