English Curiosity Program - Session 6 - Number System 1
About the session: Tally marks (organized series of strokes or scratches) are probably the oldest and simplest method of representing numbers. Since then we have moved to more sophisticated number systems which not only help us count but also do complex calculations. In this session we will take a look at the journey of numbers and play with its representations.
Material Required:
For each student : 20 rajma/ chana/button , Sketch pen , 1 Dry Leaf , 1 Paper
For a group of 5 students: Thick wool/ Naada/ Thick nylon thread - 2 meters
