Child Hit by Vehicle in Odessa
A child was transported to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in Odessa on Sunday afternoon.
We're told the accident happened near 35th and Tom Green.
Police tell NewsWest 9, an eight year old boy was transported to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Officials say the child failed to give the right of way to the vehicle while running across 35th Street.
The driver of the vehicle was cited for not having a driver's license.
