✔️ Prawns (Chingri) – 250g
✔️ Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) – 1 large,
✔️ Onion – 1 medium, chopped
✔️ Tomato – 1 medium, chopped
✔️ Potato -- 2 medium
✔️ Garlic & Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
✔️ Green chilies – 2, slit
✔️ Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
✔️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
✔️ Cumin powder – ½ tsp
✔️ Coriander powder – ½ tsp
✔️ Garam masala – ½ tsp
✔️ Salt – as per taste
✔️ Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
✔️ Fresh coriander for garnish 🌿
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:
1️⃣ Clean and marinate prawns with turmeric and salt.
2️⃣ Heat mustard oil, fry prawns lightly, and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté onions and potato, garlic, and ginger paste until golden.
4️⃣ Add tomato and all spices, cook till oil separates.
