Uniform Commercial Code--Impact on Law, Business, Society
This three-minute video demonstrates the impact of the Uniform Commercial Code on law, business, and American consumers. The UCC often requires action to be taken quickly, and always within a reasonable time. Failure to do so can result in a business or consumer disaster. I also discuss The Uniform Commercial Code Made Easy and why this short story narrative is a more effective teaching tool than traditional methods of teaching law.
