Every American who buys tangible personal property--'goods'--is directly impacted by Article 2 every time any purchase is made.Article 2 sets forth a statutory scheme starting with the formation of the contract through performance. If goods prove to be defective, buyers must take timely proper action in order to preserve their rights.
