490. Biking to ring tower
Ring formed water tower in horizon. Welcome to a wintry bike ride!
The tower is technically ready but surface where the water runs is not
correctly coated. The city must decide if the coating is needed or is
the normal concrete coating okay. Let's see if we can drink this
"circulated" water next summer.
