492. Varvsbron
A new bridge is in town, Varvsbron! Welcome to step on this modern construction
and take a visual trip. Some parts are unfinished but the main function works.
You can walk or bike to the other side.
Walk from the old Oceanhamn area to the City. The Oceanhamn or harbour
has lost it's functions and e.g. Oslo-ferries don't stop there any more on the
way from Copenhagen to Oslo. Residential buildings will take over the area.
The Varvsbro begins from Helsingborg Station parking area and ends at the
Henckels torg. Actually the torg (square) doesn't exist when these lines are written.
The square lies under stones and diverse construction material. So, we are talking
about very new stuff indeed.
