Gedonia RTA 11:38. Played on patch 1.21a (latest at time of run) with easiest difficulty settings. Bard chord damage used in this run has been substantially nerfed in patch 1.22a. Check out the latest videos on my channel for runs in the current patch.

Run analysis (all times are based on recorded timer in top left):
The running phase at the beginning was a little longer than usual, which I note by the 'bunny check' ie. I pass by a group of bunnies at 4:14 and bees at 4:22, ~2 sec longer than average and ~4 sec longer than best ever which requires rare good RNG on killing Mr. Alton in less hits at the beginning. In the Darklands, using the horse reversal causes mobs to be exceptionally well-oriented, and all were dead without stragglers on the 5th attack. The big abom was caught on a rock too, which is a random occurrence that prevents 1 of his 2 attack cycles; not a time save per say, but certainly makes it less tense. Managed to grab 7 cloth plus the rage potion and mount up to leave by 6:35. This is one of the best Darklands I've had, but I can see it may have been possible to go ~2 sec faster on the approach and looting part. I tp click into Ertoron before the 7:00 mark, which is a very good time (and I know it, so I start to get nervous). After I get the respec pots and mana potions, I click the stuck button to tp home directly from the merchant interface. On the oob glitch setup horse ride towards the goblins, I get a good arcane bread roll, grab nature element for our new buff slot tech trick, and am in the air by 8:01, entering the goblin cave fully loaded for the oob glitch at 8:25. At this point, I am aware of how good the run is and am spending too much energy thinking about that. Dark God entry goes just fine with a landing at 9:35. It takes me about 10 more sec to finish skilling up, and I eat my starting cheese at 9:45, which is a new trick that, along with the element I applied earlier, adjusts my buff slots to set up an upcoming buff-saving exploit. This allows me to drink the rage potion now and, as you'll see, have it active for both bosses. Due to nerves, I forget to pre-cast serenade and end up with ~3 sec time loss waiting for chords. I kill the boss in 3-cycle, which is great, but my location is bad, and I spend another ~3 sec navigating to the portal. Here, my buff slot tech works out excellently. At 10:32, you can see my overload 3x buff occupies the 4th slot, and the liquid rage is in the 8th spot, due to the element buff and cheese that I ate earlier. So, when I enter the yellow quest marker and come out the other end stripped of most buffs, these 2 most important ones remain, and I am able to charge into the final boss without any respeccing or additional prep (which is good because I only bought 2 respecs that I already used, since I am banking on this happening in every run now). Light God goes just fine with a 3-cycle kill, and the rest of the run goes smoothly.

Based on the above, I think we can save at least another 12 seconds on this route theoretically. Edit: actually, there was more than that! See my updated PB on the channel or the current WR at the link below.
