Roasted Reaper: A Fiery Taste of Hellfire
Today's hot sauce review is one featured on Hot Ones - Hellfire Hot Sauce's Roasted Reaper sauce. This is a kicked-up, onion-rich take on a salsa verde and it's one that I really enjoyed. Delicious oniony punch, super tangy and just the right hit of tomatillo and reaper flavors. I didn't think that reapers would work in a green sauce, but this proves me wrong. It's pricey for a taco sauce, but once the bottle is in hand you'll be glad you have it.
