The Last Dab Apollo: The Final Frontier of Hot Sauce
This maelstrom of pain from the good folks at Heatonist and Puckerbutt Farms features the Apollo pepper. This is the latest lovechild from mad scientist Ed Currie, coming across to me as a cross between a Carolina Reaper and a weaponized Fatalii. All nose and no tongue, this one smells delicious but has little in the way of a tasting experience due to the total exclusion of seasoning and salt.
