GoPro Hero 3+ vs GoPro Hero 2, Low Light Outdoor
The Hero 3plus has better image quality and low light capabilities than Hero 2. Under normal conditions I couldn't see any improvement with the setting Lowlight on Hero3, so I will use lowlight off in this test. As in daylight the Hero 2 has warmer and more yellow colours while Hero3 tends towards magenta or you may call it red with a blue tint. Hero3+ has far less noise and artifacts specially in the darker areas, but I think we'll have to wait for Hero 4 or even Hero 5 before we can get professional lowlight quality from an action camera.
