Fans using ChatGPT to heckle players at Fenway Park?!
AI has finally made it to the bleachers, and Red Sox fans WENT WILD at this game. One guy ran on the field. Someone else drank beer out of her shoe. And then there was a heckler who used ChatGPT to troll Arizona Diamondbacks right fielder Corbin Carroll. There was also a woman who fed me a chicken tender by putting it right in my mouth -- and I had never met her before. Maybe Boston fans were restless because their team got demolished?
I was hoping that Red Sox 3rd baseman Rafael Devers would hit a home run because he was at 199 lifetime, and it would've been amazing to catch No. 200, but nooooooo. He went 0-for-3 with a walk. But whatever, it was still an amazing day, and Fenway remains the most fun place in MLB to watch a game. There's truly no other stadium that's as weird and joyous.
