How to make St. Patrick’s day fun with a Grasshopper Cocktail

Ingredients:
Single serving:
1 ounce Crème de Menthe
1 ounce Crème de Cacao
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Serving for 3:
4 oz. Crème de Menthe
4 oz. Crème de Cocoa (chocolate Liqueur)
1.5 qt. Vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup Chocolate chip (for rim)
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender until it’s the consistency of a milkshake.
Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips into a bowl and dip the rim. Chocolate will run and harden.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.
