How to make Banana Split Cookies
Banana splits are so yummy, but how about in the form of a cookie?! Yes! These are so soft, so chewy and so delicious. I will be making these more often!
3/4 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
Mix well for 2 minutes
Add…..
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of kosher salt
Mix well for 30 seconds
Add….
2 cup of flour
3.5 is of banana pudding mix
Mix well, until fully incorporated
Add…..
1/2 cup of sprinkle
(of course all sundaes have sprinkles!)
Stir well
Scoop onto a cookie sheet using a medium scooper (approx. 2 Tbs size)
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
Cool on a wire rack
