Finest parasol goulash
Mushroom goulash is delicious on its own, but goulash with the deliciously flavorful parasol mushrooms beats everything. Recipe:
approx. 350g parasol mushrooms
300g potatoes
3 medium onions
1-2 garlic cloves
250g soup stock
150g heavy cream
40g butter
2 tbsp flour
1 bunch parsley
1 heaped tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground caraway seeds
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp marjoram
1 heaped tbsp paprika powder
