Incredibly good potato patties
Potato dumplings, or in Austrian, Erdäpflaberl, are a delicacy from Burgenland cuisine.
Dough:
350g potatoes
250g flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Nutmeg
Filling:
150g minced meat
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
A little ground caraway
1 onion
1 garlic clove
Herb sauce:
250g sour cream
1 bunch of mixed herbs
