Review: Veritas Card Scraper Sharpener Kit
Veritas makes a pretty good kit for sharpening card scrapers.
It comes with a file, a decent Bacho, a file holder, and a variable angle burnishing tool.
Together, they make maintaining the cutting edge of your card scraper very easy.
I said 60/30 for the other angle, it is 45. That is an issue when you are working on two things at once. And then you don’t hear the mistake in editing. Face palm.
I do include a demo of the card in use after burnishing, but I'm not applying any downward pressure, well, very little. Showing how good of shavings it makes with minimal effort. Hopefully demonstrating just how easy the Veritas system is to use and get excellent results.
