Piedad, oh Santo Dios | Spitfire Strings + CS Brass + Cineperc + Ethera Gold | Orchestral VST
ENG: Although I made this orchestral version of the hymn "Pieded, oh Santo Dios" (Have mercy upon me, O God) some time ago, I had not uploaded it, since a third stanza is still pending, however, I share it while I finish the rest.
I wanted to recreate the epic and supplicatory atmosphere of this hymn based on the beautiful Psalm 51, using soloist samplers, choirs and an evocative orchestral color that reminds us of the psalmist's cry for forgiveness from Jehovah, having sinned against him.
I hope that this music reminds us of the groaning of our soul before God when we sing: "My serious rebellions are, they are all only against you, but create a new heart and a new spirit in me." Continuing with the same text of the psalmist:
"Cast me not away from thy presence;
and take not thy holy spirit from me.
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation;
and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Then will I teach transgressors thy ways;
and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation:
and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness."

ESP: Aunque realicé hace un tiempo esta versión orquestal del himno "Piedad, oh Santo Dios", no lo había subido, ya que aun está pendiente una tercera estrofa, sin embargo, lo comparto mientras concluyo lo restante.
He querido recrear la atmósfera épica y de súplica de este himno basado en el precioso Salmo 51, utilizando samplers para solista, coros y un color orquestal evocador que nos recuerde el clamor del salmista pidiendo el perdón de Jehová, al haber pecado contra él.
Espero que esta música nos recuerde el gemir de nuestra alma ante Dios al cantar: "Mis rebeliones graves son, son todas sólo contra ti, mas crea un nuevo corazón y nuevo espíritu en mí". Continuando con el texto mismo del salmista:
"No me eches de delante de ti,
Y no quites de mí tu santo Espíritu.
Vuélveme el gozo de tu salvación,
Y espíritu noble me sustente.
Entonces enseñaré a los transgresores tus caminos,
Y los pecadores se convertirán a ti.
Líbrame de homicidios, oh Dios, Dios de mi salvación;
Cantará mi lengua tu justicia."
