The Mission | On earth as it is in heaven | Orchestral MIDI mockup
ENG: The best way to learn an art is by watching its masters. I've been working on improving my VST orchestral development, trying out different sampler libraries, and what better way to do it than with one of my favorite OSTs by the great Ennio Morricone in this beautiful piece for The Mission, which confronts the lives of two men willing to fulfill the will of God, one from faith and the other from arms, to defend their mission from the order of expulsion of the Jesuits in the Amazon jungle. "On Earth as in Heaven" is a beautiful work that combines orchestral work, choral work and ethnic instrumentation to give the color of the era and the cultural context.

ESP: La mejor manera de aprender un arte es observando a sus maestros. He estado trabajando en mejorar mi desarrollo orquestal VST, probando distintas librerías de samplers, y qué mejor que hacerlo con unas de mis OST favoritas del gran Ennio Morricone en esta bellísima pieza para La Misión, que confronta la vida de dos hombres dispuestos a cumplir la voluntad de Dios, uno desde la fe y otro desde las armas, para defender su misión de la orden de expulsión de los jesuitas en la selva amazónica. "En la tierra como en el cielo" es una obra hermosa que combina el trabajo orquestal, coral e instrumentación étnica para otorgar el color de la época y el contexto cultural.
